Delightful apartment of about 60 square meters located in the woods of the Valdichiana at about 450mt of altitude. It is accessible via a dirt road (local) and has private parking. It consists of a large living room, a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen. In winter the accommodation is heated. Outside, for the exclusive use of the two guests, there is a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset, equipped with a Jacuzzi.

The apartment guarantees absolute social distancing and total independence. There are no other guests. There are no contacts with strangers (if not desired) if not the very fast check-in and check-out. It is an excellent starting point for tourist-cultural destinations which the territory is rich in. Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Perugia are easily and quickly reachable on provincial roads and highways. A few kilometers away, in the Municipality there are two important spas: Antica Querciolaia and Terme San Giovanni which can certainly be a pleasant addition to your stay.
