Casale immerso nel verde a soli 3 km dal centro storico di Spello, inserito in un percorso trekking e bike, gode di una vista incantevole sul monte Subasio e sull'antica colonia Julia. Piscina privata con vista sulla valle, le sei camere finemente arredate sono circondate da ulivi secolari. Piccola area giochi per i bambini all'interno della corte del casale. La strada comunale termina nella proprietà della struttura limitando al minimo la possibilità di disturbo. La sala colazioni si colloca all'interno di una sala rustica con arco a mattoni facciavista e ampio camino.
