Welcome to our cozy apartment located right in the HEART OF MODICA'S HISTORIC CENTER, just steps away from the CHURCH OF SANTA MARIA! Perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay; the accommodation is in a very quiet area, sheltered from traffic and noise, while still being close to all the city's main landmarks, such as the Castello dei Conti and the Cathedral of San Giorgio. The house is situated in an area surrounded by traditional bars, restaurants, shops, and bus stops.
Il punto forte della casa è proprio che si trova nel cuore del CENTRO STORICO della città. Si trova a due passi dalla CHIESA DI SANTA MARIA e del DUOMO DI SAN PIETRO, CASTELLO DEI CONTI e DUOMO DI SAN GIORGIO sono altrettanto vicini e raggiungibili a piedi. La casa è circondata da ristoranti tipici, bar dove gustare OTTIME COLAZIONI, fermate autobus, pub dove sorseggiare un buon drink la sera.
