Romantic house with a private fenced garden and furnished patio. Two double bedrooms, one with walk-in wardrobe; 1 bathroom with bathtub; a large super-equipped kitchen with living area. There is NOT a separate living room but a living area in the kitchen composed by a sofa and 2 armchairs. Private parking inside the property private garden. Outdoor relax zone - pet are welcome. I have tried to organise the spaces to make them functional for the various needs of all of you who come from different parts of the world, but also cosy to make you feel at home. Every guest is important to me and I will do my utmost to ensure that your stay lives up to your expectations.
The house is a detached portion of a semi-detached villa. It is located in a residential area of northern Rome. The stop of the urban train is 1 km from the house; the urban train connects to the metro A at the 'valle Aurelia' station and allows you to reach the historical centre in 35 minutes. The car is still recommended for shopping, going out in the evening, but also to go to the free car park at the station and from there take the urban train. The area is well served with restaurants, grocery shops, shops of all kinds, banks, pharmacies etc..
