In quiet area adjacent to all major services. Nice apartment nearby the main square, the old town and the sky resorts "La Magnola". The apartment has been completely renovated in 2016. heating, fireplace, panoramic views, private covered parking and large communal outdoor space for parking (very valuable in high season).
I am an enthusiast of the local cuisine ... mmmmm !!! It's worth coming to just to fill the belly of the local delicacies. And then the snow, horse riding or biking on the beautiful bike path ... as soon as possible always run away from the chaos of Rome to take refuge here, in this corner of paradise where the people are friendly and the indescribable landscape.
In the middle of the Velino Sirente National Park, this area offers a variety of activities for visitors. A beautiful pine forest with a children's playground and bicycle path connects the villages on the Altopiano delle Rocche plateau. In summer, there are numerous food and wine events both in the square and in the historic centre. The mountains, streams and refuges of the park offer a magnificent natural spectacle, with the Sirente and Gran Sasso among the most beautiful peaks in Italy. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy trekking, mountain biking, climbing, cross-country skiing and mountaineering, all within minutes of the house. Excursions of all levels of difficulty are possible, including Nordic walking and orienteering.
