Dimora Fenni - Comfort and an ideal location in Monte Isola Located in Siviano (the main town in the northern part of the island), just minutes from the lake, Dimora Fenni is a charming apartment in a historic 18th-century building that once belonged to the Fenni family of Brescia (who also built the adjacent church now dedicated to Saint Barbara). The building boasts vaulted ceilings and recently restored stucco decorations throughout. Dimora Fenni offers modern and functional accommodations in a historic residence. The property features: - fully equipped kitchen; - living room with sofa bed; - private bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, and complimentary toiletries; - bedroom with double bed (complete with sheets), wardrobe, TV, and small workspace; - air conditioning and heating; - free Wi-Fi; - coffee machine and kettle. Thanks to its location, guests can easily reach both the beaches (Porto di Siviano is a 10-minute walk away and Carzano is about a 15-minute walk away) and enjoy a nature walk up the mountain. All essential services (supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, ATMs, etc.) are easily accessible nearby. Suitable for couples, families, and business travelers.
Dimora Fenni can be reached: - from Carzano (Sale Marasino-Carzano ferry, operating 24 hours a day) on foot in 20 minutes or by municipal bus or private taxi; - from Porto di Siviano on foot in 10 minutes (please check the ferry schedule); - from Peschiera Maraglio (Sulzano-Peschiera Maraglio ferry, operating 24 hours a day) by municipal bus or private taxi. All essential services are located near the apartment: - supermarket; - butcher's shop; - greengrocer (Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings in Municipal Square); - bar; - pizzeria; - ATM; - post office. From the apartment, you can easily reach both the lakeside beaches (Porto di Siviano and Carzano) and the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola (about an hour's walk depending on the chosen route).
