My structure is small and simple, well maintained and clean. Very close to the center of Foligno, 5 minutes walk from the Gonzaga Barracks and the University of Nursing and Physiotherapy.
Greetings to all are Moreno! I like being in touch with people, talking to them, laughing and joking. I attended the hotel school in Spoleto, for years I worked in the tertiary sector as a director and finally I realized my dream: to have a tourist facility. I wait for you! Moreno.
The neighborhood where the property is located is in a quiet residential area, a stone's throw from the main square, the Duomo, Palazzo Trinci and 5 minutes from the Auditorium San Domenico. Restaurants, pizzerias, bars are all very close.
