Property information

Romantic and relaxing place for amazing holidays on Lake Como! The property has 4 apartments just close the pool, one cottage 50 mt far and a very romantic maisonette house 600 mt far from the parking on the street and 10 minutes walking up to the main property. In particular, when you book the MAISONETTE SEPARATED-BUILDING you have to know you have to know the maisonette is 10 minutes walking from the street, so you need comfortable shoes. It is plunged into the nature with a fantastic view on the lake, but completely separated from the main property and the pool ( 10 minutes walking up far). At the Maisonette,It is recommended to arrive between 3 and 6pm, not after, because of the walking path. Very friendly owners. Pool, garden and views on the lake!

Bellano is 5 Km far from Varenna where you can get a ferry and reach Bellagio , the Pearl of the lake! Enough to do for youngsters day and night! For those who like hiking or mountainbiking, the easy going up slopes take you to meadows, woods, passing waterfalls, forgotten hamlets . High mountains - up to 2300 m- all around the lake, high passes take you into Switzerland.Lake Como is surely the prominent asset in the whole area; 46km long, 146 km surface area, 410 m its deepest point and it is 200mt over the sea. The mild climate in wintertimes and the sweet breeze in summertimes, the lush nature, the blooming periods and the fall’s colours make the lake an ideal destination all over the seasons. Nice museums to visit, fantastic palaces, amazing and romantic gardens. Good restaurants on the lake.
