This accommodation is particularly recommended for young couples, offering a romantic and private setting, away from the rest of the structure. Its location offers a breathtaking view over the ancient woods of the Apuan Alps, giving moments of pure beauty and tranquility. However, it is noted that the access driveway may have a certain slope, making the structure less suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a cozy living room, enriched by the presence of a fireplace and a sofa bed. Next, there is a dining area illuminated by a panoramic glass door leading to an inviting terrace. A characteristic detail is the kitchen, efficiently embedded in a niche created by the wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. At the top of the stairs, the large and bright double bedroom unfolds, overlooking another terrace through a glass door and a window decorated with traditional windbreak bricks, thus maintaining the authenticity of the context. The exterior of the house is not lacking either, offering guests exclusive use of a garden with adjacent leisure facilities, including a pool where one can cool off and relax on warm days. This non-smoking house combines the charm of an independent structure with modern conveniences, ensuring an escape from the daily routine in a context of peace and natural serenity.
