Property information

Melograno and Fico are two two-room apartments on the ground floor in a complex of two apartments, comfortable and bright, in a quiet location 15 minutes from the beach of Orosei. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: refrigerator and oven. The apartment is non-smoking and is equipped with fireplace, iron and ironing board, television and air conditioning. Inside the property there are in common use a garden with outdoor shower and a laundry area. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome! Other things to know: - In order to access the house, you will need to check-in online. Guests must upload their identity documents and sign the short lease agreement as required by Italian law. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to make a proper separate collection. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of the stay. The correct sorting and disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guests. - Unidentified persons are not allowed to enter the house.
