he apartments are part of an ancient building dating back to the end of the 17th century, the de luxe and superior apartments have the classic procidane times and one has an old renovated fireplace in this kitchen. They are located in the neighborhood called the old well and besides the postman's beach are close to one of the three towers that characterize the Procida emblem. Quiet but not far from downtown, comfortable to relax. In the summer period, upon request, you can use a pool immersed in a citrus grove with costs to be paid separately and proportionate to the number of people and services required.
Ciao , sono Fabrizio Muro un giovane procidano doc che crede nelle potenzialità della sua isola e che,grazie all'iuto della sua famiglia,prova ad investire sulle bellezze,sulla cultura e sulla tradizione dell'isola di Arturo cosi come descritta nel bel libro di Elsa Morante!!!
La struttura è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia più famosa di Procida : " la spiaggia del Postino" dal bellissimo film di Massimo Troisi. E' una spiaggia adatta per sia per utenti adulti sia giovani. ha un attrezzato stabilimento balneare ma anche spiaggia libera. Situata ad ovest si può gustare il meraviglioso tramonto di Procida. A 100 metri c'è un attrezzato market e di fronte la fermata del bus. Attraverso alcune vie interne si arriva a piedi al porto in 10 minuti oppure al centro dell'isola. La zona è molto sicura ed abitata.
