Elegant and refined apartment located in Quartucciu, in a quiet area with a park and a bus stop just 1 minute away. Equipped with all comforts and essentials, it consists of two double rooms with two private bathroom. Less than a 15-minute drive from Poetto Beach, the center of Cagliari, and Cagliari-Elmas Airport. IMPORTANT: Guests under 21 years old must provide a signed authorization from their parents or legal guardians along with a copy of their ID before check-in.
