Beautiful recently renovated apartment, located in Marilleva 1400, a stone's throw from the ski slopes, equipped with a private locker for ski and boot storage and covered parking space. It is a perfect place for a ski holiday and in summer it is an ideal place to enjoy nature and practice all kinds of outdoor sports. The apartment, of about 60 square meters, is located on the first floor of the Residence Copai 3 (without elevator but equipped with comfortable stairs). It consists of a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a single bedroom and a double bedroom. Bed linen (including mattress topper, fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases), duvets and pillows, and towels are provided. A hairdryer is available. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The signing of a rental contract for tourist use will be required. CIN IT022114C2YYK3JBO5

Just below the apartment and inside the residence there is a private parking space. The residence is located a few meters from the connecting ski slope that leads to the Albarè ski lift. In front of the apartment there are two pizzeria restaurants where you can taste Trentino specialties and pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, with take-away service, and a small supermarket. In the immediate vicinity during the summer there is a children's playground surrounded by nature, barbecue areas in the woods and paths to reach the mountain huts at high altitude (Orso Bruno refuge, Malga Orti etc ..) or the splendid Caprioli lake.
