Property information

The flats are located in a newly built residential complex in the centre of Orosei. The swimming pool is located at about 250 mts (at the Hotel Maria Rosaria). Orosei is a picturesque village, set about 80 kms from the port and airport of Olbia, that still preserves its medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of an ancient Judicial castle.

Neighbourhood information

The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach that stretches for 5 kms, features several beaches such as SuBarone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and it's only 3 kms away from the residence. The apartments have air-conditioning and they are decorated in typical Sardinian style.
