Property information

Brand new structure in the historic center of the city of Quartu Sant'Elena. Obtained from an ancient Campidanese house, with a courtyard in the center and the 4 independent studios. Everything is treated in detail, from hangers to mirrors, from sheets to kitchen utensils. The great attention to detail is the result of the owner's experience as a traveler.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very quiet despite being in the Centro Storico. A few steps away you will find a supermarket, several bars and restaurants, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacconists and all the bus stops for Cagliari and the coastal areas of Villasimius and Pula
