A newly renovated property with 3 rooms equipped with: smart TV, wifi, air conditioning, heating and private bathroom. A large common room with a single large table where you can have breakfast and a kitchen available to heat dishes if needed. Behind the house, in a private and quiet area of the garden, you can relax under a huge kiwi tree drinking something cool that you will find in the refrigerator or enjoying an ice cream from the nearby and excellent ice cream shop or reading a book.

Patrizia loves to pamper her guests with advice on itineraries, restaurants and not least by cooking and preparing most of the products you will find at breakfast. She likes entertaining speaking different languages. Every stay is for her a mission to which she dedicates the great part of the day with her presence in the structure.

A quiet area of Como, overlooking Brunate and very served. A few meters from the hotel you can find a hairdresser, a pizzeria to take away, a church, several bars and restaurants, an ice cream shop, a pastry shop, a grocery store, post office, bus stop 7 that leads to the center of Como in about 10 minutes and routes of the Spina Park.
