The apartment is equipped with a large kitchen with induction hobs, oven, microwave and refrigerator, coffee machine, dining table and bar corner, a living room with sofa bed and smart-TV, a bedroom with desk and a full bathroom with window. Poetto beach and Molentargius park can be reached in 10/15 minutes by bike, and with a nearby stop for public transport it is possible to reach the center of Cagliari and Marina Piccola (20 '), Villasimius (40') and Pula-Chia (60'). Cagliari-Elmas airport is 14km away and can be reached by public transport. It is adjacent to Via Marconi and Viale Colombo, the shopping streets and the clubs for the evening in company.
