The country house Lucente is located in Roccastrada and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. It is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located halfway between Siena and Grosseto in the municipality of Roccastrada, renovated in 2016. All flats are part of a single house with large open spaces very close to places of great historical interest, landscape and food and wine. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Firewood for the fireplace is provided. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is open from April 1st til September 30th.
