Cozy apartment of 65 sqm, can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the second floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property enjoys an enviable location, in the center of Udine, in via Mercatovecchio, shopping street and a 4-minute walk from the Castle of Udine. The property consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (1.40 m), TV 48"; dining table and split A/C; - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, moka, washing machine, electric kettle, oven, toaster, wine glasses and cooking utensils; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with single bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, air conditioning (split in the living room), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the pedestrian entrance and some steps at the entrance of the building. Please pay attention to the two steps at the entrance of the apartment. There are steps in the house: two steps at the entrance to the kitchen and two steps at the entrance to the single bedroom.
