Modena is a very interesting city from the point of view of business and tourism, and being in continuous expansion, the Agency has decided to work alongside Immobiliare, a hotel-related route, that allows everyone to visit the city in rooms/ apartments with family or friends, at a cost much more affordable. Mono Livi 35 is a lovely 50 sqm studio apartment, located in the historic center of Modena, just steps from Piazza Grande. It has a double bed, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building without elevator. All means of transport are easily reached with a few minutes walk. The lively nightlife is within walking distance but not close enough to disturb your night’s sleep. Mono Livi 35 is the perfect place for a short stay in our charming city. Please note that this accommodation is a tourist apartment and not a bed and breakfast, so breakfast and associated services are not included.
