In Ivrea, MyVilla offers a contemporary apartment in the full Olivetti context. The building stands in front of the Fabbrica di Mattoni Rossi, the first factory designed by Camillo Olivetti himself in 1896; one of the very first projects in Italy with the use of reinforced concrete for the structural parts. The residence is close to the railway station and has easy access to motorways and highways. The apartment, on the first floor, includes a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom with a bathroom, and a closet for the washing machine and dryer. Within walking distance of the apartment, our guests can reach a gym, a health club, a medical center, and a bank, as well as a supermarket. It is a very comfortable and modern apartment with a large balcony, air conditioning, wi-fi, and a private garage. The apartment is particularly suitable for company and visitors' use.
