The holiday home is located near from the main Tuscan tourist destinations. Guests have access to a completely independent entrance in total privacy with an outdoor area to enjoy moments of relaxation. The newly renovated apartment is on floor 1. The large and bright living room with modern style kitchen leads guests to the two double bedrooms and the spacious bathroom with shower. Equipped with all comforts: TV, air conditioning, dishwasher ... On the ground floor there is a recently renovated small apartment. The area composed of living area and sleeping area is very bright and comfortable. The bathroom is big with a large shower. Upon arrival it will be necessary to sign the contract for short periods to be in compliance with Italian law
