I am Martina Gerardi, I am 28 years old. I have the great honor of opening the doors of Oikos to you, this is a project to which I am very attached because it has very deep roots anchored to my life experience and my family. I am an extremely dynamic, available, sociable and empathetic girl.

Neighbourhood information

The area surrounding the apartment is residential, quiet and equipped with several services including mini markets, greengrocers, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station. A few steps from the property is the Spagnola train station, with direct connection to the city center. About 1km away is also the bus stop that connects both to the city center and to the kitesurfing area in the heart of the Stagnone Lagoon of Marsala.
