The present Palazzo Neri as we know it, located on the highest piazza Piazza della Rocca, consists of two once separated parts : “Ex-chiesa di San Filippo Neri” (former chapel di San Filippo Neri) and a new wing :” Resti della Rocca” (the remains of the fortress) Palazzo Neri : once a 17th century chapel, now transformed in a 3 storey structure, like a historical loft built around a 9m high atrium with 3 bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen and several big living rooms. “Resti della Rocca” , the new wing is a fully restored ruin from the fifteenth century. In this part we have an open space, a sun terrace, a swimspa with shower , a summer kitchen and and a beautifull cellar . Both areas have been restored with lots of respect for their historicial heritage, transforming the location into a luxurious, three bedroom mansion, away from the daily city live.
Located in the highest piazza in the picturesque medieval town Trevi. The house is within walking distance of several good restaurants, shops and services.
