Large open space penthouse loft (650 sq ft) with a huge terrace (1600 sq ft) and astonishing sea view and over surrounding hills. Air conditioning for full comfort in Summer. Excellent for romantic getaways and family holidays. Living & bedroom accomodating 4 persons. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Huge terrace with large beach umbrella (14 x 10 ft), 1 sunbed, table and chairs. Weekly holidays (check-in & checkout on Saturdays only) required in July-August. Boat fishing and trips upon reservation with the owner.
I love traveling and hosting people from all over the world. My husband and I fell in love with Basilicata over 20 years ago after moving from Northern Italy and France. 10+ years ago we decided to buy our apartment and invest in this penthouse loft where we put up friends and hosts. You are welcome to visit Basilicata year round!
Very quiet district. Free parking everywhere. Renting a car is highly recommended. Nearest airports in Bari or Brindisi (150 km, 1h30' drive)
