Property for exclusive use Farmhouse on the outskirts of a medieval hamlet in a panoramic location overlooking the surrounding hills. It features a beautiful courtyard/terrace with parasol, gazebo, table for outdoor meals and BBQ, a panoramic above ground swimming pool (6x4 meters, 1.30m deep) many relaxation areas and outdoor Jacuzzi for 2. There is also a wine tasting room open to farm’s guests. The interior is divided into 2 well furnished apartments (56+70 sq.meters) rented together, joined only externally. Apartment 1 has a living/dining room on the ground floor with TV and direct access to the shared terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. The 19-step staircase leads up to the 1st floor, with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Apartment 2 has a dining/living room on the ground floor with a fireplace, TV and direct access to the furnished outdoor terrace, a small kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub and shower. The farmhouse has A/C and mosquito screens in all bedrooms. The price includes weekly linen change. Heating fee of EUR 5/m3 to be paid on the spot. If used, air conditioning will have a cost of EUR 15 per day to be paid on the spot. Small pets are permitted upon payment. There is another house 20 metres away (separate entrance) with the tasting room. Hired help, tastings in the owner's cellars, cooking courses and dinners are available upon request.
