Passionate about Tuscany ( I used to come on holiday for 13 years ) , the desire to change life and to manage a guest house , I threw myself into this new business after 30 years behind a desk . Passionate of decorating , cooking , photography and art , I love spoiling my guests and above all make them share my Tuscan experience.

Property information

The Pozzeto is a 17th century Franciscan monastery transformed, 20 years ago, in apartments with all comforts, in an idyllic setting, with a panoramic view breathtaking on the Tiber Valley. The monastery was renewed, repainted and redecorated with modern tastes. A pergola with outdoor kitchen, bar and pizza oven has been built next to the pool. Located et several kilometers from any habitation where the calm is absolute, the Pozzeto invites you to a total relaxation. To access, please note that you will have to take a gravel road for about 2 km. A car is essential and preferably if you rent one, you should choose a high car. Our formula is: buffet breakfast in the morning and some evenings we offer Tuscan menus or pizzas near the pool. With us, your children will be kings: 16m pool, buoys, table tennis, table football, game viewing. They can even eat together while you are taking an aperitif. Happiness is here ... under the Tuscan sun.

Neighbourhood information

The Pozzeto is situated in the East Tuscany called "wild Tuscany" on top of a hill with 360 ° view and at 40 kilometers from the capital of the province (Arezzo) . The perfect place for visiting the Tuscan and Umbrian cities, medieval villages and surrounding abbeys. I will also suggest you to visit an old olive press dating from 1421 and you will taste our own organic olive oil.
