This is a luxury apartment, built only a couple of years ago. It is only 150 mt from the beach (there is an access to the sea, but I recommend to drive by car to more nice places), and has a beautiful view on the Egadi islands. You will fall in love with the sunsets you can enjoy from our 2 balcony. You can walk to the city center of Marsala, and you can drive to the beaches in the south part of Marsala (Lido Signorino), or to the north (Stagnone).
I love water sports and good wine and food.
Recently built apartments, the neighborhood is very quite and relaxing.
