Large groups of children are not accepted, even if they take more apartments, it is not possible to meet in one of them. Home of n. 2 floors (+ ground floor, where the owners live) with a total of n. 5 apartments. Air conditioning in each apartment, tv, free wifi internet, kitchens with top of okite and hob induction 3, 2 gas. On the ground floor the owners live. On the first floor there are two large apartments with two rooms (availability up to 6 people), traditional kitchen, bathroom, closet, washing machine, one with a balcony, the other with two balconies and a terrace of 40 square meters. On the second floor there are three new apartments (built in 2011) of the kitchen equipped with induction hob, top okite, bedroom, bathroom, LED TV, internet wifi, balcony. the building has been equipped with a new lift with internal intercom. These new apartments can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people each. We are at the center of the city 150 meters from the sea and 60 km from the mountains.
I love playing sports, reading, traveling with the bike and walk.
Apartment located on the city center in quiet and safe neighborhood everything is within walking distance. Quietly walk you can reach the promenade (150 meters), the city center (450 meters), the town park (100 meters), sports center (150 meters). Just 7 km from Roseto degli Abruzzi There are historical countries, characteristic such as Montepagano, 60 kilometers we also have the Apennines with the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga.
