Recently renovated apartment located in the charming alleys of Bastia Umbra’s historic center. Great location with easy access to major tourist destinations: Perugia (16 km), Assisi (8 km), Santa Maria degli Angeli (3 km), Spello (13 km), and Foligno (20 km). The Umbriafiere exhibition center is only 1.3 km away. SS75 highway (3' drive), Bastia Umbra train station (3' drive), and Perugia airport (9' drive). Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies are all conveniently located nearby
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator. It consists of a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Accessible only on foot, it is situated in a charming area of the historic center subject to a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For those arriving by car, free parking is available at Piazza Palmiro Togliatti, just a two-minute walk away.
