Opened and finely restored in 2023, it offers spacious and elegant apartments equipped with modern amenities. All apartments overlook the San Vio Canal and feature the best amenities such as air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, luggage storage, and a precious garden for the exclusive use of guests. Maintaining the peculiarities of ancient palaces, we inform that due to the protection of the structure and historical constraints that the palace presents, the complex does not have an elevator. San Vio Palace does not have a reception therefore check-in is done online. Please contact the property in advance via e-mail to receive the relevant instructions. The front desk of partner hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace, which is a few minutes' walk from the property, is available 24/7 should you need it.
