Both rooms have been recently furnished and come with private bathrooms and outdoor dining areas, as well as air conditioning and heating. One room is part of the main villa and includes a kitchen. The other is an independent room accessible from the garden just a few steps away. Outside, you’ll find a lovely garden, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and complimentary parking.

Nestled in the hills, our location offers tranquility and breathtaking sea views. We are just a 7-minute drive from the town of Lavagna. From here, you can enjoy the peaceful nature and a stunning view that stretches from the Baia del Silenzio to Portofino. The famous Cinque Terre are easily accessible by boat or train from Lavagna, making it a perfect base for exploring these beautiful coastal villages. For the more athletic guests, the beach is reachable via a mountain road immersed in nature, or in a short time by car. There is also a bus line that operates throughout the day, offering only a few trips up and down the hill.
