The flat is located on the first floor of an old building with lift just a few steps from the charming lungarni, the streets that run along the Arno river, in the heart of Florence. It consists of a cosy living room, a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and two double beds. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, TV, independent heating and air conditioning.

The property is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), but in a position that allows you to reach the most famous tourist attractions on foot in just a few minutes. Piazza della Signoria is only 3 minutes away, as is the Uffizi Gallery. The Ponte Vecchio is just a minute away, while the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is an 8-minute walk.
