The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from "La Sciumara" beach, city center and port. The communal garden features a beautiful swimming pool and a hydromassage pool (unheated) from which you can admire stunning sunsets. Access to the pool requires climbing a ladder. The apartment does not directly overlook the pool, but rather a beautiful patio complete with a large travertine dining table, outdoor sofas, and sun loungers for relaxing outdoors in complete privacy. The residence comprises a spacious and bright living room with sofas and a 55" TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms with large showers and bidets, a washing machine, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
The atmosphere is typical of the Costa Smeralda, where you can relax, discover the stunning beaches of the La Maddalena Archipelago and Gallura, and enjoy all the comforts the apartment and condominium offer. Olbia Airport and Port are just 45 minutes from the apartment, which can be reached in three ways: by public bus service directly from the airport or port, dropping you off just a short distance from the apartment; by renting a car, allowing you to fully enjoy all the beauty of the area; or by taxi.
