The property includes two independent yet interconnected units, offering flexibility and privacy. The villa features: • Two private gardens for a total of 320 sqm • Two living rooms • Two fully equipped kitchens • Four bedrooms • Two bathrooms • A full range of comforts and amenities Guests can choose to rent both units (up to 12 guests in total), or a single unit (up to 6 guests), as each part is fully independent yet internally connected. Located just 100 meters from the beach, the villa is nestled inside a private and gated residence with direct access to the sea. Parking: Free, unlimited parking spaces are available inside the private residence. Parking is exclusively for guests of the residence, with no assigned spots, no reservation needed, and no additional costs. Pets are welcome upon request. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
