Situato in un bel viale alberato a 100 m dal centro e a due passi dalle spiagge. Ideale per famiglie con figli ma adatto anche alla coppia in vacanza rilassante o a gruppo di persone in città per lavoro. Se non avete voglia di cucinare avete la scelta fra più di 20 ristoranti o gelaterie entro i 5 minuti a piedi. In prossimità di una pista ciclabile lunga svariati chilometri che fiancheggia tutto il litorale di Pesaro e Fano. Lo splendido Teatro Rossini e la casa dell'omonimo compositore, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura, conferiscono prestigio alla nostra splendida città. Da visitare anche i musei civici e la bellissima biblioteca Oliveriana nel centro storico. Il parco Miralfiore, gli Orti Giuli, il parco Molaroni sono i polmoni verdi cittadini da esplorare. Il S. Bartolo e l'Ardizio incastonano come un diamante la nostra splendida cittadina. Imperdibile una visita alla spiaggia di Fiorenzuola e la caratteristica Gabicce monte attraversando in moto, in auto e per i più audaci in bici il S. Bartolo, da non perdere anche una visita al centro storico di Fano, a 12 km da Pesaro passando per il mare o attraversando l'Ardizio per un tour più panoramico.
Sono mamma di due splendidi ragazzi, amo la Vita e vivere ciò che c'è cogliendo il senso in ogni circostanza, vi aspetto!
