Pietro has a whole artistic education from high school to university. He’s a painter and most of our homes has a beautiful painting or drawing from his collection .. we are plunged to the art world and have many friends who expose their work in our homes Gaia,have a degree in architecture in politecnico di Milano and then studied fashion merchandising at parson school in nyc then had an education in tailoring in the amazing Bagatto private school in Bologna ... I normally sew items from our homes and make a lot of research in flea markets and antiques of little items to add and change details in our decor ...

The Costa-saragozza neighborhood is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center , it’s an elegant and residential neighborhood characterized by building in art deco style , well served from any amenities and very quiet. The building has been built in early 1900s and hosts 4 apartments in total. Walking distance from the unesco heritage site called B.V. San Luca abbey with an interesting and spiritual covered walk to reach it . Wednesday farmers food market 10 min walking distance . Complementary internal parking for 2 cars, bus stop 1 min walking, well served by bike path and easy to walk to the city center
