Apartment located on the third floor of a building with a lift, NOT suitable for the disabled. In 60 square meters of space it accommodates two people with one bedroom Paid street parking on blue lines. Free in the Cemetery area. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 500 meters away from the historic monumental cemetery Certosa di Bologna. It is just outside the center of Bologna, connected with a portico to San Luca, and is one of the oldest cemeteries in Europe LIVING AREA. Kitchen equipped with induction hob, moka, traditional oven and living room. DOUBLE BEDROOM. BATHROOM. Shower box, bidet and hairdryer. Washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split A / C (in living room and bedroom), iron and clothesline.
