A newly built and completely detached house in modern style divided into two units for rent. Centrally located, from here it is easy to get to the main roads connecting you with other parts of Tuscany if you want to make day trips. You are close to Pisa and Lucca and you also live in a residential neighborhood with Italian neighbors. The nearest village that can be reached by foot is called Castelvecchio. Close to the house there is also a beautiful area for hiking just across the road there is a path that leads you to a WWF protected natural area where if you are lucky you can watch rare birds. On the backside of the house you will find the 7x3 meter large swimmingpool with a depth of1,20 mt. It lies just above the house and can be reached along wide stone stairs. By the pool there is an area with sun loungers and it it surrounded with fruit trees so according to season there will be fresch fruit.
