We look forward to welcoming you for a stay in a newly renovated delightful flat in a building just a few steps from the sea (50m), a 10-minute walk from the city center and all the main points of interest. The flat is located on the ground floor of a very quiet building where families live. The flat is equipped with every comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, oven and dishwasher). A large double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a small armchair that becomes a sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom (with hairdryer) and in the living room you will also find a sofa bed. In the utility room, you will also find a washing machine, a drying rack and a hoover. Guests have free WIFI and a Smart TV at their disposal. All rooms are sanitised and cleaned regularly. We also provide a free luggage storage service after check-out time in case of need. For our guests, we provide an extra linen change totally free of charge and a weekly cleaning service (for a fee). No parking is provided. NB: ID OR PASSPORT TO BE SHOWN DURING CHECK-IN.
