The Villa was renovated in 2022 by running the 110% superbonus. this means that the energy class is A3 as shown in a photo. it has all air-conditioned rooms for hot and cold, it has the same type of cooling / heating in the kitchen. it has a very comfortable and new jacuzzi on the patio where you can take relaxing baths.
I having a nautical license for 8 years, I offer the skipper service to go out on a boat and see beaches and places that are difficult to access, without any kind of stress. The cost for this service is 200 euros + the cost of the dinghy + the cost of petrol. The boat trip depends exclusively on the weather forecast, you do not go out with the wind or bad weather. In the ad there are photos of boat trips with tenants in 2022.
The village where the house is located is a quiet place, all around there are villas where people usually live all year round.
