Just 100 metres from the wonderful San Lorenzo beach, the Villa can accommodate up to 7 people and offers a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso, microwave, kettle, TV, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms and a washing machine. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and mosquito nets. Outside there is a furnished patio, garden, double car park, hot shower, barbecue. A few hundred metres away are the San Lorenzo and Agua Beach lidos. At the entrance to the villa, you are greeted by a spacious veranda furnished with an elegant dining table, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals surrounded by lush nature. Next to it, a seating area with comfortable armchairs invites guests to relax and enjoy the view. The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The two double bedrooms are spacious and cosy, offering a haven of tranquillity after a day of adventures. The twin bedroom is perfect for younger guests or guests who wish to sleep separately. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed is available for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The two bathrooms are also equipped with every comfort and linen and towel kits are provided to ensure a carefree stay. The interior spaces are bright and welcoming, thanks to the large windows that allow natural light to illuminate the room. In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant rest even on hot summer days. The cottage is situated on a private road with direct access to the sea, in a quiet area of San Lorenzo. Quiet location, isolated from the noise of cars and passers-by. Double private parking in the garden, with the possibility of parking on the street as well. At 3 km by car it is possible to reach the fabulous fishing village of Marzamemi while at 8 km there is the Vendicari Nature Reserve. At a distance of 4 km it is possible to reach Pachino, which has all the main services such as supermarkets, tobacconists, petrol stations, banks, etc..
