The "Ville Ninfea, Rosa, Cassiopea and Marea" are a complex of 5 Seaside Villas with Swimming Pool and 10 Apartments converted into hospitality since 2020, combining our model of "Diffused Holiday Home", suitable for hosting groups or even single units: it consists of 2 Villas adjoining single-family houses in the two VILLAS NINFEA (up to 11 beds each); 3 apartments in VILLA CASSIOPEA (residence, up to 43 beds: 8+5+4+13+13); 2 independent apartments in VILLA ROSA - without swimming pool (8+8 sleeping places); 1 independent villa (up to 6 beds) in VILLA MAREA. They are all equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, outdoor showers with hot water, barbecue.
The Villas are divided as follows:
- the three VILLAS NINFEA and MAREA (via Orione 26, and via delle Muse 32), are three adjoining twin single-family villas with each its own swimming pool (*), each consisting of: 3 bedrooms, living room with triple sofa bed, 2.5 bathrooms , 2 external verandas, garden.
- VILLA CASSIOPEA (Via Cassiopea 7) is a residence of 5 independent apartments in a Villa with shared swimming pool: consisting of: two apartments with two bedrooms and living room with sofa bed for a total of 44 beds, three bathrooms, three kitchens and a laundry room. The plus is given by the presence of a swimming pool for the exclusive use of each villa and its solarium.
- Villa ROSA (via Cibele 13) is divided into two separate apartments:
• ground floor (capacity 8 people), made up of: kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms + outbuilding/living room, covered external veranda with marble dining table;
• first floor (capacity 8 people), made up of: living room with fireplace (on the ground floor, with sofa bed), staircase leading to the floor that serves, two bedrooms (one with master bathroom), two bathrooms, kitchen, covered veranda on the ground floor, outdoor terrace on the first floor (equipped with lounge in gazebo).
Neighbourhood information
Fontane Bianche is one of the most famous seaside resorts of the Syracuse area, providing summer tourism for centers such as Siracusa, Noto, Avola; it is famous for its white beaches and crystal clear sea.
The structures are only 200 meters from the sea.
They can be reached from Catania Fontana Rossa Airport in 50 minutes, from Syracuse in 15 minutes.
They are located in a strategic area of the area:
- 100 meters from the Fontane Bianche train station, Villa Rosa
- it is possible to refuel directly on site (minimarket, bar, pharmacy, etc.) or using the nearby hamlet of Cassibile
- near the road connecting channels of the tourist basin (motorways to Catania, Noto, Avola, Portopalo, Pachino).
