Whole apartment 50 square meters situated in the ground floor with garden and private courtyard, no stairs and architectural barriers. Suitable for people with reduced mobility and for pets. The villa is situated in an old hamlet nowadays incorporated in the city. Just 2 km away from city centre, 2 km from railway station, 1,4 km from the football stadium, and close to the ring road exit. the facility is equipped with a forced ventilation system to remove microbes, dust and pollen.
