This beautiful 5-bedroom villa in Umbertide is surrounded by a large, fenced garden and a beautiful olive orchard. In front of the villa is a large private swimming pool to take a refreshing dive. It makes an ideal stay for a family or a group of 9 persons. The beautiful town square of Umbertide offers a great view of the city and the green landscape around it. At 3 km, you have the restaurants serving local dishes and at 12 km, you have the supermarkets. Sports lovers can head to the tennis court at 13 km or golf course at 15 km. You can plan a day trip to Trasimeno lake at 20 km and enjoy a boat ride. Another place to see is the city of Gubbio at 40 km, which has medieval allure.
