Villa Sardinia Seaview, is located in an elegant residence perched on a low promontory, facing the sea and sea view, with direct private access, on foot, via a staircase and an underpass to the beautiful white beach of porto sa ruxi (200 METERS) with crystal clear sea and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation including junipers, among the most beautiful and sheltered from the wind, of the municipality of Villasimius. In particular there are three beaches: the first with a facility equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and with restaurant; the second and third both free and of white sand. It has a living room with a table and chairs and a sofa bed, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The main strengths of Villa Sardinia Seaview are: The wonderful sea and mountain view, thanks to its corner position on the coast of porto sa ruxi. The large private garden /park with 4 terraces that allows you to enjoy the sea and sunset, which is where the villa is located, is particularly impressive. The elegant Residence, offers the seasonal outdoor pool, for the exclusive use of the residents and guests of Villa Sardinia Seaview and a tennis court. You can relax in a mini-pool with a sea view, a heated hydromassage with chromotherapy and a stereo system, for EXCLUSIVE USE, for the whole season, while the condominium swimming pool will be available from July 1st to September 30th. For lovers of houses with a large garden with a sea view, designer furnishings and for fitness, as there is a gym with a bench and dumbbells.
