The added value of the property is given by the interior arrangement, attention to detail and the proximity to all amenities, in the Centre but very quiet at the same time.
I am Joseph, I manage ordinary family real estate and all renovations carried out over the years.
Nearby within easy reach, even without your car you will find the center of the town, lake, mountain, private and public beach, and the main attractions of the area.
