Villa Spigolizzi is a brand new residence immersed in one hectare of wild Mediterranean scrub equipped with every comfort, air-conditioned rooms finely furnished in a modern minimal style. Each of the three studios has a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, AC, smart TV. Large equipped outdoor area with sea view.
Villa Spigolizzi is located in the heart of an uncontaminated natural environment in the 'I Fani' area, characterized by wild nature and Messapian archeology. Walking the little paths around the house, it will be easy to find the perfect corner for relaxing, reading and even working remotely. Three kilometers from beautiful beaches of Marina di Ugento and Pescoluse and located in a strategically to easily reach Gallipoli, Otranto and Leuca.
