Our property sits on a rise giving enviable views across the local olive groves and to the sea (in the distance). At night the horizon lights up showing the many towns that are visible to the villa only at night. To the left of our south facing villa is Carovigno sitting on a hillside.
I am now retired and live in this wonderful property and love to share it. I have a dog a giant schnauzer who is loved by all who meet her. I enjoy my walks in the country lanes and at the beach with Bella my dog. I enjoy gardening which is just as well as there is a lot of gardening to do here. I enjoy reading, and meeting the very friendly people here in Ostuni, also good food and wine which is plentiful in Puglia
We are in the countryside and it is peaceful and tranquil, this is the sort of vacation we wish to offer our guests. Often all you can hear are the workers in the olive groves as the trim trees or rotivate the land. I have French neighbours but I rarely see them. The property sits on 2 hectares of land and has olive, almond and fruit trees. There are plenty of places in Ostuni to purchase groceries in fact we are spoilt for choice. Weekly market days are Friday for a small market and Saturday for the larger more varied market.
