Nice two-room apartment, recently renovated, located just 1 km from the sea and in the center of the city of Avola. Located next to Piazza Teatro, it appears to be a place of interest for festivals, events, and numerous places where you can taste Sicilian delicacies, ranging from the savory of arancino to the sweet of granita or Sicilian cannolo.
Experienced international property manager. Owner and manager very available and always available to respond to any request and need.
Avola, a city in liberty style, offers the opportunity to spend a pleasant holiday, enjoying its splendid beaches during the day and its bars in the evening, present both in the historic center and in the waterfront area. In summer, festivals and musical events are also organized. Characteristic is the last week of July, dedicated to the celebrations of the Holy Patron Saint Venera, and the second Sunday of May, dedicated to the celebrations of San Sebastiano, with the inevitable early morning "Corsa king Nuri". In addition, Avola is close to places of historical and artistic interest, such as the cities of Syracuse, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa.
